EXAMINATION PRIOR TO REGISTRATION OF A DENTAL SPECIALIST
Section 23 (c) has been amended in December 2012 to provide for an assessment by a Postgraduate Education Board for Dental Specialists prior to registration as a dental specialist.
Dental surgeon who holds a specialist qualification and wishes to be registered as a dental specialist has to appear before the Postgraduate Education Board for Dental Specialist for an assessment in the field in which he has specialized.
